A message from our president Ben Mathiesen
Hi All,
Welcome to 2023 and another busy year of club activities and competitions. I am honoured to have been voted in as your Club President and look forward taking the club forward whilst enjoying the comradery, fishing experiences and events that this club is so well renown for.

I now have my own pair of juniors in the club, and I love watching them catch up with all their mates at tournaments, meetings, or any of the number of social events the club hold. I know that them being involved in the club, they will also have the chance to have the experiences and make lifelong friends as I was so fortunate to have.

As your Club President my focus is to work with the committee to continue the great work done before us and keep the momentum up with the likes of the Sharkies program which has not only been instrumental in our club’s evolution but has now put us in the spotlight from other clubs across the country.

Our 2023 calendar is packed full of social and fishing events and I’m looking forward to another great year!
